1. The large piece of Flower Cluster of Elow that grow in the small village at the west side of Echo Desert, is the best place to set the trap for the spirit beast which always emerge in around that area.
2. Inside the small village, there is 3 places of Elow Flower Bushes to set the trap for the spiritual beast, place the fresh Meatloaf on top the fire pile to barbecue it, it will lure the beast out, soon you will be able to capture it
3. Report back to Pet Master Santuzza when you have captured the spiritual beas

Jend Dunno but theres not a guard hugo might be different in international version but this is the name of the guard in the english version, hope it helps. ^^
