Descriptions : Using full vigor energy to call down countless thunder bolts from heaven. Target and the enemies within 12 m diameter receive attack equivalent to base damage + 400% magic damage from equipment + 13503 points of metal elemental damage. In addition the target has a 95% probability of having its speed reduced by 60% for the next 8 seconds.

Require two vigor globes to cast. 50% chance that only one vigor globe is consumed instead of two.

In addition the target has a 95% probability of having its speed reduced by 60% for the next 8 seconds.

Require two vigor globes to cast. 50% chance that the target will be immobilized for 8 secs.

Require two vigor globes to cast.
50% chance that any magic attack by caster performed within 10 seconds after this skill is used will have 30% greater chance of critical hit

JUDGE We Cannot resume the hell/heaven to A concept but if we could The heaven Would be More redirected to Defense and the Hell for More atacks...
