Zhen is where MP charms are converted to XP very quickly. Its an inefficient trade in most cases but the XP climbs fast. If you've got the $$ this is the way to go.
A Zhen party consists of 6 people usually.
************
2 Lurers
2 Clerics
2 Direct Dmg
This is not a static build and can easily incorporate Archers or more DD and less clerics. More on that later.
Basic requirements and suggestions
*******************************
1. All members of the party be at a minimum level 59 and strongly suggested 60 (for TT wep)
2. The closer in level you are the lower XP loss due to level difference.
3. Every member in AOE have a HP charm. (You'll understand this if you pull aggro..and unless your VERY underpowered YOU WILL PULL) No matter how good the cleric this really is a life saver. If your a Lurer and have good hp and def you can get along with pots and stops in the BB (don't stay too long)
4. Every member using AOE MUST MUST MUST have a MP charm. No exceptions. This is what Zhen is about. Clerics and DD both, it doesn't hurt for the lurers to have one but is in no way essential.
5. Archers must have many arrows...a good starting figure is 10k. Quality is not that important.
Where to do it?
*************
west of Dreamweaver port amongst the wolves (lev 78 Earth res\Phys dmg)
In Dreamweaver, board a ship and your off to a nice sunny locale known as NightScream Island Over across from the ship(lev 78 Fire res\Phys dmg)
NightScream Island just past the bridge on your left. (lev 79 Water res\phy dmg) Expert Lurers mix BM\Barb req due to prevalent ranged attackers.
Just East of Sanctuary (lev 72 no details) 673 568
Outside Immolation camp Rockenwolves (lev 84)
Spiders lvl 89 at 229 812
Feel free to list out other great spots.
How to do it.
*************
This varies on makeup of the party but the basics are simple.
The 2 Wizards and 2 clerics all huddle up together as close as possible so that thier spheres will overlap. The Clerics kick off BB (Blue Ball is AOE healing, not sure of actual name) The Lurers run off and bring back mobs. When the mobs are close the Wizards start thier Dragon's Breath. The lurers run through the flames and the mobs follow, are aggro'd towards the damage and stay to die. The lurers run off to get more mobs. (THIS IS BEST WHEN YOUR NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOUR PARTY IF SOMEONE IS WEAK OR TOO STRONG)
When you KNOW your party:
A modification to this that I find helps save HP charms is to setup in a diamond or triangle. This will be explained later.

Alright, so how do archers fit in here? Simple answer, Barrage of Arrows.
More complex, a method is exploited to allow Barrage of Arrows to go on for an indefinant amount of time.
This part is important so pay attention:
The glitch has been reported to PWI and is an approved ussage of barrage of arrows. There is an 18 page thread regarding it on the main forums.
First thing, make sure that the Archer has enough MP. The number we've come up with for a stable barrage is 1600mp for barrage lev 1. With less than this the barrage tends to break during the zhen. Sometimes quickly, sometimes after 10 mins.
The archer should target another player, start a duel, the player should not in any way defend themselves. Wait until the target is around 1/2-1/4 hp, and start barrage of arrows as a finisher. The opponent will die and lose the duel. The barrage of arrows will continue.
To take best advantage of this the clerics should arrange BB at the very edge of the archers damage, so that the archer is covered in BB and that the edge of thier damage goes just past the clerics to draw aggro away. Archers do thier best damage at the edge of the barrage. As you get too close to the archer the damage is halved.
Setup your Wizards spheres to both be covered by BB and to have the archer in the very edge of the AOE.
This will tend to create a diamond shape or a triangle, or a straight line...which is really a squished diamond.

COOL AWESOME TRICK, IF YOU ARE NOT ON NIGHTSCREAM ISLAND, THEN HAVE YOUR CLERIC FLY WHILE DOING BB!!
In a perfect world, the DD's will draw aggro from the lurer when the mobs wander in. If they go for the mages, they will be pulled by the cleric or the archer because of thier increased damage. If the mob goes to the cleric it reaches the outside range of the archer and is pulled towards. When it gets close to the archer the damage lowers and the mob pulls towards the mages who now have higher damage. As it approaches them it then is pulled back by the archer who now has increased damage. Playing pingpong with the mobs.
Normally, the archer or cleric will draw aggro and keep it depending on which is stronger.
Lurers
*****
Lurers need to bring the mobs into the center of the Zhen party, to be caught by a wizards AOE, which it heads towards and is then bounced by the varying aggro pulls of the cleric and archer. This will dramatically reduce damage for the party.
If the mobs are brought into the clerics or the archers field first they will aggro to them and hit them at least once or possibly several times depending on the pulls before being dragged elsewhere. This can get painful!
If the mobs are brought into the sides of the party usually the mage's sphere will get them first, but the cleric and archer will draw the mobs away, giving several ticks of damage before the mobs get to hit someone.
When you've gone out and brought back a large party of pulls, you might need to stay and stun the mobs when they arrive, to reduce damage and to lower the chance of HP charms going off. This can also keep a cleric or archer alive in case of too large a pull or an offside pull.
Next, after a pull, hang around for a few seconds and pickup drops. After too many drops things will start to dissappear, so its important to clean up. This also gives a chance for you to get a heal in from the clerics BB.
When there are two lurers, get one of them a mount! You'll travel much faster and be more efficient!.Have the mounted party member stay CLOSE and get all the local mobs to keep up a steady stream. Have the barbarian or AOE BM pull long range. Every few seconds getting thier attention to bring in those long distance pulls. GO GET EM! Bring in the hordes.
Keep in mind most mobs will only follow for 15 seconds without additional irritation.
Finally, DO NOT TAKE THE PARTY'S ABUSE SERIOUSLY. DO PAY ATTENTION. DO AS THEY ASK. THEY ARE PAYING YOU TO BE HERE!!
Keep in mind, they are possibly VERY stressed over DMG,XP gain, or $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. This is serious business for them!
The mages/clerics/archers are paying a hell of alot of coins\cash for thier MP charms, XP scrolls, arrows and repair bills. They are also betting thier lives on the Lurer to keep track of what is going on! The lurers are doing the work of pulling mobs but aren't really in danger or particularly invested financially outside of thier one XP scroll.
You are responsible for the Zhen working or not. Whether its profitable or a complete wipe. PAY ATTENTION. You get a free ride on this one, if you do a great job at it you'll have many many more opportunities for free XP and drops.
Important things to remember
*************************
If the party is unbalanced with a weak member or someone too strong...someone is going to take a hell of a beating as they pull the aggro from the weakling...or the party will get little XP due to the higher lev...OR Party Wipe.
I've done 50+ Zhen parties so far, just a few hours in the nature of things. This is not the be all end all of guides! This is a compilation of information I've picked up in forums from observation and from helpful players. If you know something I don't then throw down with the knowledge! If something is inaccurate say so! I'll adjust accordingly.

Classes
1. Elf Archer
Also known as EA in short. Born to be in Wing Elves race are the only race that has the ability to fly at level 1. The wings that they use to fly do not make them move any faster than running speed however, so it is best used when trying to run from monsters. Though beware, there are monsters in the skies. Wing elves can be two classes, an Elf Archer and an Elf Priest.
Elf Archers are a ranged dps class. They mainly use bows and arrows. They have the longest range to attack monsters of any class. They have a very high crit %, and can usually kill mobs in a few hits. They can also deal physical and magical damage, depending on the attack you use. They are a decent class for pvp or pk. The bad things about an Elf Archer are that they have low HP, low physical defense, but decent magic defense. They must pay for their ammo, though some ammo does drop from monsters. Also, the damage they do is reduced if the monsters are within 5.00 m of them, or when flying in the air. The Major skills that they will need are Agi and Con, and Str for wearing armor.

Pros:
High agility
Can hit from a good distance.
High chance of getting a Critical hit
Does fast decent patk
Buff to lower damage taken.
Good at pvp/pkp if played correctly.
Cons:
Low Pdef
Expensive (need arrows, and potions as well as good gear)
Damage to enemies is lower whilst fighting in air
Runs out of ammo in a dungeon = uh oh
Low HP

2. Elf Priest
Winged Elf Priests are the main healers of the game. They have the most support spells (buffs and heals) and a few attack spells. They are meant to fight in a group and are hard to solo with due to their low hp and low physical defense, so they cannot take a beating for too long before dying. Their healing however makes them always wanted in a party, and they are the only class that can rez. Their main stats are Int and Con, and they need enough Str to wear armor, and they use magic weapons and deal magic damage.

Pros :
Able to heal them self and party members,
Fast flying speed.
Manna doesn't go down whilst flying.
Able to buff.
Needed for dungeons and parties.
Able to res. (resing here means you lose less exp than you would if you revived in town)
Cons :
Low pdef defence
Low HP
Die fast from patk's
allot to use SP on (Skill points, I'll get around to that)

3. WereBeast
Untamed (called Beastkind in the original PW) are half beast, half humanoids. They are the only race that can transform into an animal, and what animal you transform into depends on the class that you choose. There are two classes, WereBeast (Male) and WereFox (Female). Only males can be Werebeasts and only females can be Werefoxes.
Werebeasts are the main tanks of the game. They have the highest hp and physical defense in the game. They deal physical damage in melee combat. Werebeasts can transform into a white tiger with flaming feet to enhance their hp and physical defense, and also increase their run speed by 20%, but at the cost of losing attack power. So their humanoid form is mostly for dps, and their tiger form is mostly for tanking. Since they are the main tanks in the game, they are always wanted in a party. The disadvantage of a werebeast is that they have low magic defense, their attack speed can be quite slow, and they do not have as much damage as magic dealers. Their main stats are Str and Con, and they need Agi to wear their armor.

Pros :
REALLY high HP
High HP Recovery rate.
Great Tanker (best tanker in game)
Good pdef
Transforms into white tiger form, gives more HP and Pdef.
Fast runner in white tiger form
Agro taking skills.
(for info on the BB look down to thom's post)
Cons :
Slow atk speed.
Low atk damage.
Low mdef.
always asked to be tank. xD (thats why you should add con quite often Though thats the main purpose of BB tank and ou get to do some great fb's later on ^^)
low mp and mp recover speed.
Hard to level

4. WereFox
Werefoxes are the only class that can tame pets and summon fighting pets. They are also the only class that can create vanity pets (non-combat pets) for other players to have. They can either do range magic damage, or melee damage. Werefoxes can transform into a fox, and this transformation is mostly for melee combat, though it does not do as much damage as humanoid form, which is primarily for ranged magic damage. They are an excellent solo class, and their pets are wonderful at tanking for them. The combination of you and your pet doing damage makes them good damage dealers. It is also a good class to do pvp or pk with. The disadvantage is that they have low hp and low physical defense, so they cannot take too many hits if their pet dies. If you want to be a caster werefox, your main stats will be Int and Con, with enough Str to wear armor. If you want to be a melee werefox in fox form, your main stats are Str, Con, with enough Int to wear armor and cast the few melee spells.

Pros :
Best for solo playing.
Cheap chars to play.
Have their own personal tank (The pet)
Able to harvest eggs at a higher level and sell to NPC.
Can catch rare pets and turn them into all class pets to make good $$ *chaching sound here)
Able to lure mobs, by attacking one mob and dismising the pet then only one mob will come to you then you re summon the pet.
Cons :
If attacked whilst fighting can lead to disaster, you can either run or heal pet.
If you accidentally lure the boss in a dungeon you will not be looked at to come as often.
You aren't needed majorly in dungeons just to lure and deal a certain amount of damage.
People will expect you to know the rare pet spawning times.
Can only play as female.
Keeping the pets to your level

5. Human Warrior
Humans are human, just like us ! They fly around on giant swords and can be two classes, Blademaster (Warrior) and Wizard. (Mage)
Warriors are the main melee dps in the game. They have a good amount of physical defense and attack power, and hp. Their attacks are pretty fast and they are good for pvp and pk. In the air however, it can be a bit difficult for them to attack. Their disadvantage is that they have low magic defense. Their main stats are Str and Con with enough Agi to wear armor. Also, they can pretty much use any weapon in the game, except magic weapons.

Pros :
Good pvp/pkers.
Good pdef.
Good melee attacks
able to stun at later.
Cons :
Low Magic defense.
Often looked as a lesser tank than a BB (Barbarian)
Quite slow in air.
Slowness in air and melee make for hard pvp/pk

6. Human Magician
Wizards (Mages) are the main ranged magic dps in the game. They use magic weapons and cast very strong spells. They have low hp and physical defense however and most of their spells take a long time to cast. This makes it a bit hard for pvp. At low levels it does not seem that they do any more damage than a werefox, though at higher levels they do massive amounts of damage, though their spells take a lot of mana to cast. Their main stats are Int and Con, and enough Str to wear armor.

Pros :
High skill matk
Can heal. (slow)
Has best mdef.
Uses elemental shields to protect from certain elements. (water, earth, fire)
Good to sneak attack low mdef enemies in pk. (sneaky face)
Cons :
Low HP throughout, very Low when first start.
Die fast from patk mobs.
Lose to EP easy
Slow casting.

Table of Contents
1) An Overview of Stats
2) Equipment
3) Skills
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
An Overview of Stats
In PW there is a total of 4 Stats: Strength(STR), Agility(AGI), Constitution(CON) and Intelligence(INT).
Strength
- increase attack power for melee weapon
- increase physical defense
Agility
- increase attack power for range weapon
- increase dodge
- increase accuracy
- increase critical rating (NOTE: every 20 dex give you 1% more critical rating)
Constitution
- increase physical defense
- increase magical defense
- increase hp
- increase hp regeneration rate (NOTE: hp regeneration is reduced by 75% when in combat mode)
Intelligence
- increase magical attack power
- increase magical defense
- increase maximum mana
- increase mana regeneration rate (NOTE: Mana regeneration is reduced by 75% when in combat mode)
NOTE: There is no stats that increase attack speed/movement speed
--------------------------------------------------------------
The Build
Though there are tons of different build for a character, they are mainly classified into 3 areas - Damage Type, Tanking Type and Hybrid Type.
Damage Type
INT STR Priest - pump your strength according to the minimum requirement for magical armor and rest of stats into intelligence. Leave your con and dex at 5.
This style of priest is sort of a mimic of mage. It has extremely high nuking power. It's main weakness is hp and low def. Hence int priest works better in party as compared to solo-ing. If a party is not present, such priest can always turn towards kiting for solo. But in PvP, players are not dumb enuff to aim the tanker instead of a INT Priest which can be killed in 2 to 3 hits. Hence you will require equipment that adds hp (unless you are such a hardcore fan of nuking power, than go for more nuking power for ur equipment) to offset ur weakness.
PROS: High nuking power and healing power.
CONS: Low hp
Tank Type
CON INT STR Priest - pump your strength and intelligence according to the minimum requirement for magical armor, rest of points into constitution. leave your dex at 5.
This type of priest has the highest tanking power but at the same time has the lowest nuking/healing power. But the tanking capability is only limited to magical skill since your physical def is still extremely low, it is highly recommended to use light armor instead of magical armor for this build if archer is more common than warrior. But please note that magical armor give you bonus to moving speed (20% if not wrong) which can prove to be really effective when running from mage/warrior/beast/fox (but has no effect against archer since they run... real fast it also has no effect on a warrior that activated his sprint skill and start dashing to u like some insane guy).
PROS: High hp pool and higher physical def
CONS: low nuking power and healing power
Hybrid Type - Recommended Build
INT CON STR Priest - pump your strength according to the minimum requirement for magical armor, pump your intelligence according to the minimum requirement for magical weapon, rest of points into constitution. Leave your dex at 5.
This build grants the priest about 30 to 40% more hp pool as compared to a INT Priest. But it also cause priest to lose about 20% nuking/healing power. But in a guild fight or PvP what is important is not ur nuking or healing power, it is to survive as long as possible and aid in the combat.
PROS and CONS: it has no pros and no cons since it is a hybrid.
Out of the 3 build, i strongly recommend the hybrid build. Reason is simply because damage is reduced by 75% when in PvP hence having a pure dmg build isn't really that wise. Considering the 2nd fact that most priest main job is not to kill in a PvP/guild war which thus reduce the advantage for having a pure dmg build.
The chart below is for the hybrid type I recommended:

how to use the chart; pump your stats to the value shown at specific levels, the levels that are displayed is the level when u can buy new equipments. obviously the icon displayed beside the levels show the equipment that can be bought. for e.g. at lvl 8, u must get ur str to 7, int to 16 and con to 27. u will be able to equip ur pants/skirt at level 8 and a weapon for level 8 too (lvl 1, 8 and 14 are quest weapon, lvl 20 also has a quest weapon which is not shown in the chart, that weapon can be used till level 30 or so).

Many wondering what does it mean when people shout in world chat asking for zhen partying. It's actually a group (usually 6) of players pumping alot of MP and HP in leveling in exchange for faster experience. Usual player level for zhen is level 59 and above.
What is zhen?
Archers and Magician will have an AOE skills that continuously runs and drains their mana with Dragon’s Breath & Barrages of Arrows skills respectively. The Elf Priest will use a cool AOE heal party & reduce 50% damage prevention skill. Sometimes revive died party member. So basically you now have a hotspot that kills everything that comes into the zone created by the Damage output players. The lurers will now get on their mounts (ridding pet), aggro lots of mobs in one of the favorite zhen party places and run the mobs into the zone, where they will be killed by the AOE skills. Thanks a lot of fun and team work spirit, u sure love it.
Because the skills used by the archer and priest constantly drains their mana, they must have a MP hierogram. MP hierogram cost money and they run out in zhen parties very fast!!. Also for a zhen party to be fully profitable exp-wise you must use EXP scrolls, which again costs money. So there you have it!
Before Start Zhen
Because everyone in the party is using EXP scroll (double exp in 1 hour), so usually a zhen party will run for at least an hour. Then break for 15-20 minutes. So before you start it, go toilet, exercise your muscle, bring a cup of water. For your character, repair all equipments, buy enough arrow (5,000) used in an hour and make sure you have Hierogram!!. Because u constantly cast skill (for damage dealer), normal MP potion couldn't restore on time.
Choosing the Mobs.
The mobs you want to kill have to be melee. And they shouldn’t have any skill blocker like Stun. They must be purely physical attack melee mobs. Here are a few of the most popular:
Seaweed Thief -- Level 72 -- Sanctuary -- Player lvl 59+
Chief Assassin -- Level 80 -- Nightscream Island near Dreamweaver Port -- Player lvl 64+
Rockenwolf -- Level 84 -- Land of the Burning Heart -- Player lvl 68+
Spiders (Unsure of exact name) -- Level 89 -- Near Camp of Intrepid -- Player lvl 74+
some other places:
Spiders lvl 89 at 229 812
At the Zhen-Place
First the DD’s and the Priest need Sparks (Embrace or just normal shots on mobs), and don’t forget Buff’s (group buff’s are perfect). Then set up the AoEs: Magician just start Dragon’s Breath, for Archers: duel the Priest which will cast the BB. You have to win the duel, first shot a few normal shoot at the cleric till he is nearly “dead” and then kill with Barrages of Arrow skill. This is an exploited method to allow Barrage of Arrows to go on for an indefinant amount of time. :D
Make sure that the Hierogram is equipped before the duel. If you win and don’t click Esc, your Barrages will continue. After the AoEs are started, the Priest ’s have to start RB and BB (with equipped Hierogram). Make sure that the Damage output’s are in the Area of BB/RB. Now use the Training Esoterica.
Zhen Party Formation
A Zhen party consists of 6 people usually. It can be 4 if you could survive.
- Normal Formation
2 Lurers (wereBeast, werefox's pet or warrior)
2 Healer (Elf Priest)
2 Damage Output (Magician or Elf Archer)
- Hardcore Formation
1 Lurers (wereBeast, werefox's pet or warrior)
2 Healer (Elf Priest)
3 Damage output (Magician or Elf Archer)
Formation is totally depend on map and also output damage by Damage dealer vs lurer competence. E.g, a strong werebeast can lure many mobs but Direct Damage delaer (Elf Archer & Magician) couldnt clear them on time will cause the whole party die. So output damage of a party is the key to long term zhen.
Happy Gaming! and vote for me.

Archer FAQ
What is this?
This is a FAQ (Frequently asked questions)!
It shall help new Archers to to find their way.
It answers some questions which have been answered quite often in this Forum.
If u have any suggestions what I should add/change. Or when you find mistakes. Feel free to post them!!!
Flying
How can i fly?
Press “E” to open hotkeys-window. Then click on “Fly”-Button. You can drag the button to your hotkeybar if u want. Press “Space” to fly up and “z” to fly down (or arrow up and arrow down key). Press Fly button again to fall down. Don’t be afraid: You will never loose HP when u hit the ground (what a perfect world!).
Does flying always costs mana?
No! Only your first wings (the white ones) cost 2 MP/sek. Flying with Cash shop wings or the lvl 30 quest wings doesn’t cost mana.
Do I get new wings?
Yes! When you reach lvl 30, go to Ancient Dragon City Elder to get the quest for lvl 30 wings. Or buy Cash Shop wings from the item mall or the Cash Shop.
Does “Flying Mastery” work with lvl 30 wings or Cash Shop wings?
Nope it only works with your white beginner wings.
How can I fly faster?
Press “E” to open hotkeys-window. Then click on “Increase Speed”-Button. You can drag the button to your hotkeybar if u want. But u can’t fly faster forever. It costs Fuel (“Effective Time”), which u can refill with Fuelcrystals from disassembled equipment.
Equipment
My character doesn’t shoot anymore! My Ranged Weapon is red!
Your weapon is broken. Try to repair it (blame Leode if wrong hrhr)
OR
You have not equiped munition for your ranged weapon. Double click on the correct munition in your inventory to equip it.
Leode Edit: Even if your weapon is broken with 0 durability, you can still bring it back to NPCs to repair.
Where can I buy munition for my weapon? Which munition I need?
You can buy them at every Blacksmith under VII. But don’t buy the wrong munition:
1st row: arrows (for bow only)
2nd row: bolts (for crossbow only)
3rd row: bullets (for slingshot only)
I still can’t equip the munition!!!
Do you still use your starter bow? It has Rank 0. You can not buy or find arrows for it.
But you get a Rang 1 bow as Questreward for your first quest. Use this one!
OR:
There are 3 versions for every kind of munition. Perhaps you bought munition which requires a higher rank weapon. Check munition tooltip.
Which Ranged weapons are available?
Slingshot, Bow and Crossbow.
Atk speed: slingshot > bow > crossbow
Min dmg: slingshot > bow > crossbow
Max dmg: crossbow > bow > slingshot
-> xbow slow and unstable high/low dmg, slingshot fast and stable dmg range. Bow is between both.
Which weapon has the best range?
All range weapon got the same maximum range.
What is weaken distance?
Weaken distance is the distance below which you only make 50% of your normal dmg. High weaken distance is bad!
(Only lighting skills still do max dmg in melee range)
Weaken distance: crossbow > bow > slingshot
Should I use melee weapons when mobs reach melee range (weaken distance)?
Hm. Some ppl say they switch to Fist weapons when monster reach melee range. But don’t put additional points in STR to wear such a weapon. Just buy one which you can use with your current stats (usually lower lvl ones). You can make hotkeys for the range and melee weapon for fast weapon switching.
This might be a option until you get Wing attack (lvl 23) and/or Thunder bolt (lvl 13). Those do pretty nice dmg in melee range. You wont need any melee weapon when u learned those skills.
But which of the ranged weapons should I use?
Your choice. The one with highest lvl requirement and most stars is usually the strongest.
1) For normal attack the weapon with highest damage per second (=dps):
DPS = “Attack Frequency” x (min dmg + max dmg) / 2
2) For skills the one with hightest average dmg (not that sure about this, but it should be true):
average dmg = (min dmg + max dmg) / 2
What armor should I wear?
You should use light armor. It has decent magic and physical def.
You can find light armor equipment at Tailor in 2nd row of the buy menu’s.
For Light armor: STR = AGI requirements (it has no lable which says “light armor”).
What Soulstones should I put in equipment?
- Physical ATK stones in weapon.
- HP stones in rest equip.
(dodge and Pdef is only against physical dmg. HP helps vs magic and physical)
Statuspoints (= stats)
What do stats increase for Archer?
1 CON = Max HP +13, increases HP regeneration and physical def.
6 STR = 4 DEF; +5 STR = DEF +1 , increase MELEE dmg (you are NOT melee!!)
1 INT = Max MP +10
1 AGI = Accuracy +8, Dodge Rate +6, increases RANGED dmg
+ 20 AGI = +1 % Crit more
every Level Up: Max HP +26, Max MP +22
How shall i allocate statuspoints?
There are different builds. The most comon are PURE and HYBRID.
Pure:
STR: lvl+4 requirement for light armor. (example: lvl 40 -> 44 str)
AGI: everything else
CON: nothing
INT: nothing
-> every lvl: 1 str, 4 agi
Hybrid:
STR: lvl+4 requirement for light armor. (example: lvl 40 -> 44 str)
AGI: min 3 agi every lvl (to wear best possible weapon)
CON: depends on how much u wanna put in agi.
INT: nothing
-> every lvl: 1 str, 3 agi, 1 con (normal hybrid)
-> every 2 lvl: 2 str, 7 agi, 1 con (“half” hybrid)
simply every build which puts some points in con is called hybrid. It is not fixed how much u have to put in con. Some ppl even Cap it at a certain amount.
unusual build:
tank (max con, dex and str for weapon/equip req)
different pure (pure which only has str for weapon requirement)
What is the difference between those builds?
Major differences: Pure has more dmg and crit. Hybrid has more HP.
Comparing: hybrid, half hybrid, pure:
pure vs hybrid
4 agi VS 3 agi, 1 con (every lvl)

pure vs halfhybrid
8 agi VS 7 agi, 1 con (every 2 lvls)

halfhybrid vs hybrid
7 agi, 1 con VS 6 agi, 2 con (every 2 lvls)

Requirement for those tables to be correct:
Both wear the SAME Equipment. The equipment has no con/hp/agi bonus and you level mastery when ever possible.
But:
- when ATK is increased (better weapon etc) the “% dmg difference” wont change.
- when you get additional AGI by equipment, the “% dmg difference” will decrease.
- when u get +con or +hp on equip the “absolut HP difference” will be still the same (but the “% HP difference” will decrease)
additional info:
having more con will get you earlier more %HP
having more agi will not really affect dmg in early lvls. The % dmg you do more increases slowly with the lvl. That is because of the Bowmastery.
if u got questions concerning the tables. Feel free to ask!
You can find additional infos about the builds in the guides.
Information used for tables:
- dmg formula
- 1 con = +13 HP
- every lvl up = +26 HP
- every build got +1 str per lvl
How does AGI, Atk and mastery affect my dmg?
dmg = (equip atk + level)*[NewAGI / 100 + mastery]
That is the dmg you see, when u open “Character” by pressing the “C”-Button.
equip atk: physical attack of equipment together: rings + arrows + weapon (for min dmg calculation only min dmg of weapon / for max dmg calculation only max dmg of weapon).
level: Character level.
mastery: 1 + (bowmastery %) / 100.
example: example: 60% -> 1,6 | 12% -> 1,12 | 30 % -> 1,3 and so on
NewAGI: your AGI*2/3, because every 3rd AGI-Point doesnt affect the dmg. dunno why.. stupid system.
example: 150 AGI *2/3 = 100 NewAGI.
Rounding is needed by the way: 173 AGI *2/3 = 115,3 = 115 NewAGI. i think you know how to round numbers ^^.
-> every AGI increase your dmg by around +0,67 % of your equip atk (the higher your equip atk, the higher the bonus of one AGI-point)
-> Skills seem to work like a normal shot plus a fixed bonus or a percentage bonus of your equip atk (not 100% sure)
-> A skill that gives +300% equip atk, doesn’t mean that you make 4 times the dmg of a normal atk! at high Char-lvl with much AGI, +500% is for example around double dmg “only”.
Skills
Where can i learn skills?
At Master of Elf Archer in every "big" city.
Is there a list with skill developments?
Yes. Check those links:
http://asiapworld.com/pw/index.php?opti ... &Itemid=40
http://perso.numericable.fr/ecatomb/pw/
Which skills should i learn?
There will be no perfect way to spend Skillpoints. But becarefull. You wont have enough Skillpoints to learn/max every skill while you level up your character. So you may better skip some skills and choose wisely which you really need. After lvl 90 ppl say that you would have maxed out all skills.
Must haves: Bow & Arbalest Mastery (max), Repulsing Arrow (lvl 1), Great Precision (max).

I can’t use Frost arrow aka what is vigor?
After lvl 9 u get vigor. Maybe you need to complete cultivation quest, I am not sure.
Vigor is the Yellowbar under your name, below HP/Mana bar.
You can gain vigor points by casting buffs and by attacking. You need Vigor for some skills like Frost arrow. Later you learn skills which need Fury (1 Fury = 100 vigor).

I am lvl 16-19. My Archer is so weak. Help me!
Do the cultivation quest when you hit lvl 19 -> you can learn repulsing arrow, which can knockback monsters.
And do the purple dungeon quest (kill some elite mobs + Boss with a party). The reward is a 3 star Crossbow.
Makes lvling much easier.

DPS = “Attack Frequency” x (min dmg + max dmg) / 2
-> every lvl: 1 str, 4 agi
Hybrid:
STR: lvl+4 requirement for light armor. (example: lvl 40 -> 44 str)
AGI: min 3 agi every lvl (to wear best possible weapon)
CON: depends on how much u wanna put in agi.
INT: nothing
-> every lvl: 1 str, 3 agi, 1 con (normal hybrid)
-> every 2 lvl: 2 str, 7 agi, 1 con (“half” hybrid)
simply every build which puts some points in con is called hybrid.
