How do I transfer cubicard's cubits into game account?

A: Ok, You just obtained a game Currency called Cubits issued by Cubizone, perhaps worth 1000cubits, 400 cubits, 200 cubits or 100 cubits. Most importantly, get it from us with the steps here :D. Ok, then follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.cubizone.com, Choose Malaysia English site. You'll be redirect to one of Cubizone portal that host Perfect World MY EN.

2. Click Login, enter your username and password. (Not your GAMEier.com account!). Then enter your secret question's answer.

3. At the center of your Profile page, look for Top-up. Click enter. You then will be redirect to another page called Top-up Cubits. Enter your password and the top up code you obtain from us and click top-up now.

I transferred, BUT how do I buy Item Mall stuff?

1. If you top up successfully, Member page will show Cubit Balance: XXXX. Depend on how many cubit you purchase.

2. At the same page above, click on Item Mall, choose WanMei @ Perfect World (ok i know lousy naming) > Perfect World's Mall [English Server]. This will lead you to top up Perfect World English version (Utopia server).

3. Choose quantity of ingot (cubigold = ingot) and server. Note that for Perfect World MY EN, 1000 cubits exchange for 100 cubi-gold. So if you just bought Cubicard 1000 cubits and a player from Perfect World MY EN in Utopia server, you should go to Perfect World's Mall [English Server] try maximum allocation of 50 ingots (cubigold) 2 times with default server Utopia. Applying two times of 50 ingots (cubigold) makes 100 ingots in total (cubigold). Sound logic to me.

4. OK if you game client still active during the top up and transfer process, close the game client or at least logout. Relogin you will see the credit appear in your game Item Mall screen.

I topped the code i purchase from GAMEier and it say invalid code. Why?

Answer: It's either the top-up code already credit to your cubizone account or something wrong during transfer cubits within cubizone. First, go to member page see if your cubits already appear. Sometimes player click twice and cause the error message. The first click success just the second attempt cause the error message.

After check member page and yet no cubit appear in Cubits balance, contact support from Cubizone or here. GAMEier.com Support button visible in My Account and Buy Cubicard page.

I've transferred cubits balance into the server, but it never appear in-game!

An obviously failure to transfer within Cubizone. Contact support from Cubizone or GAMEier.com. Please note support will not request account password regardless of any issue report.
